This will be completely turnkey for you. This means you’ll only need to approve the initial design and first mailing! Each month after that these will be prepared with new data and sent for you at the same time every month.
Details:
- Set-up Fee: $595.00 per community. Pricing per month, based on a 12-month contract. Community exclusivity only if pieces are mailed monthly.
Set-up Fee Includes:
- Work with a designer to perfect your report (the first month only)
- Please note: No changes to design after the first month
- The content rotates every 3 months to show a variety of fresh data
- MLS specialist reviews the data for each report every month to ensure accuracy
- Mailing list purchase, formatting, and list refresh
- Monthly content updates and copy editing
- Extensive 5-step proofreading process for each mailing
- Production: pre-press preparation, printing, cutting, scoring, folding, and post office delivery
