What personal data we may collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
All uploaded media by visitors/customers is used only for the purposes of fulfilling requested orders/purchases. These files are forwarded to assigned designers and downloaded to our on-premises server. Media is not sold or shared with any outside party. Media may be sent to a third party only if specifically requested by the uploader or if required to fulfill an order.
Contact forms
Any information submitted on any contact form within the website is passed through a third-party (Zoho.com). Zoho is used as a ticketing system and only accessible by specific members of our team that monitor all submitted messages. Mobile SMS Messaging Privacy Policy
We may collect and record your telephone number from our website contact form, digital or paper contract, or verbally over the phone. Your phone number is saved on our secure internal database as well as our secure website database. We may provide partners this number so that these service providers can perform their normal duties (including payment processor, CRM, and shipping services). We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for promotional purposes. Any promotional SMS message will be from us and only promote our products or services.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
