Return / Refund policy:
All REAL Marketing set-up fees and pre-paid design fees are non-refundable.
If any additional design fees are incurred, REAL Marketing reserves the right to charge the client for time incurred. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact REAL Marketing directly; refunds are subject to a full review and at management’s discretion, within 30 days of receipt. If your refund is approved we will issue a credit on your account, unless otherwise agreed upon at which time we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).The date of your refund will be determined by your card issuer’s policies.
No refunds are given on our 12 month contracts. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
