Our Founder

David Collins is a visionary thinker with over 22 years of experience in the real estate marketing field. His marketing advice and programs have generated billions of dollars in real estate sales for his clients. Hailed as one of the top experts in direct mail marketing, he has spoken at distinguished real estate summits and conferences across the US and Canada. Charismatic, dynamic, and full of poignant stories, he enjoys educating his clients about the do's and don'ts of direct mail marketing. He has been commissioned by some of the largest real estate companies in the world to advise them on market share domination, recruiting, and retention.

Customer Service

At REM, we believe in personal interaction with our clients. When you call REM, our receptionist helps direct your call to one of our well-trained employees, happy to find the answer to any of your questions. The reason is simple: If our clients are happy and successful, so are we.



All of our staff goes through a rigorous 3-month training period plus monthly update training and accountability reassurance. REM staff is not only trained in company procedures, but also in real estate terminology and advanced marketing principles. Our sales staff will analyze potential communities, so you can make educated choices about which areas to farm. Our designers can create meaningful charts and graphs from the community sales data, so you don't have to. And our production staff can explain when it is more advantageous to mail to site addresses versus mailing addresses, or both.

Our team works together continually to improve our customers' experience and our products' effectiveness. With the addition of our content management department, we have access to the latest research and trends in the market, allowing us to share relevant information with our clients and their farm areas quickly and effectively.
